Refund Policy

Our goal is to make all of our users’ experiences as pleasant and easy as possible. However, refunds are subject to the following guidelines:

1. The breakdown of bookings made by clients up to the cancellation point:

Cancellations have to be made directly with the photographer. As for the refunds, it exists where the photographer cares to have it as his or her policy.

2. Photographer cancellations:

If the photographer cancels a session, other times may be arranged to take its place. The lack of an appropriate reminder may result in the photographer receiving certain amount of payments; still, there are certain probabilities for the refund depending on the terms with the client.

3. Non-refundable Situations:

Money cannot be returned for a dislike of final photographs or the services of a photographer unless the photographer has said differently.

4. Dispute Resolution:

Refund issues are the subject between the client and the photographer only, and the photographer cannot interfere with the same.
