We are available to families that would require our photography services as well as for the photographers who would like to offer their services. From the point of registration, the users have to submit their relevant and current information. 

 

Refund Policy of Photographer

To photographers, we provide 7-day money back guarantee. A photographer who decides not to register on our platform for any reason will be able to get a full reimbursement within 7 days of registration as per our no-questions-asked policy. 

 

Service Usage

The users have to adhere to the purpose of use of the platform stated above. Abuse constitutes any fraudulent act or other improper use of the Service, and may lead to suspension or termination of the access. 

 

Liability Disclaimer

Even though we take great measures to keep everything coordinated, it is beyond our control to solve conflict that may happen when families deal with photographers directly. 

 

Content Ownership

Photographers keep full rights to their portfolios and images but allow the platform where their content is to promote it for sale and demand. 

 

Changes to Terms

We are entitled to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The users will receive notifications concerning various changes.
